About The/Nudge
The/Nudge is an action institute building resilient livelihoods to alleviate poverty. We work with women, farmers, tribals and youth on rural development, agriculture, skilling and economic inclusion, along with 15+ central and state government partners.

Our economic inclusion journey for 25 million Indians, has reached 10 states with $250M of government funding to cover 1.25M people. Our incubator, accelerator and grand challenges have supported 200+ social entrepreneurs including 17 Forbes 30U30, 3 EarthShot Prize winners, 1 Time Magazine cover and more.

Set up with support from 90+ eminent philanthropists, 40+ corporates and 15+ foundations including Gates, Mackenzie Scott, Vinod Khosla, Nandan Nilekani, Tata Trusts, Skoll, Meta, LinkedIn, HDFC, Mphasis, KPMG and L'Oreal, we are contributing towards a "poverty-free India, within our lifetime".

Reporting Manager: This position will report to the Founder & CEO and own our government partnerships to deliver on the impact aspirations of The/Nudge.

Role:
  • Own our overall government alliances strategy and execution end to end
  • Understand and stay up to do on all our programs at all times
  • Build and manage a lean, high-performance team that is aligned with the spirit of The/Nudge
  • Build and maintain a strong high-trust network amongst government partners to scale our impact
  • Develop targeted and compelling messaging tailored to different categories of government stakeholders across platforms
  • Balance priorities to deliver short-term results while building for the long haul
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and driving impact
  • Represent The/Nudge in relevant public forums across the ecosystem

What We Are Looking For:
  • Strong intent and passion to do impactful work
  • High achievement motivation and overall positive energy
  • 20+ years of total experience, preferably with 10+ years in go-to-market roles (BD, partnerships) and 5+ years in working with government
  • Hands-on and result-oriented leadership approach
  • Continuous learning and growth mindset
  • Willingness to travel extensively
