About The/Nudge:
The/Nudge is an action institute building resilient livelihoods to alleviate poverty. We work with women, farmers, tribals and youth on rural development, agriculture, skilling and economic inclusion, along with 15+ central and state government partners.
Our economic inclusion journey for 25 million Indians, has reached 10 states with $250M of government funding to cover 1.25M people. Our incubator, accelerator and grand challenges have supported 200+ social entrepreneurs including 17 Forbes 30U30, 3 EarthShot Prize winners, 1 Time Magazine cover and more.

At The/Nudge you will:
- Identify and present The/Nudge's work to a targeted list of corporates in India
- Learn our various programs well from internal program teams to represent our work effectively to potential donors
- Deliver on aligned annual fundraising goals from corporates in India, quarter-on- quarter
- Leverage the existing support to open new doors, engage prospects and convert them to donors for The/Nudge
- Work with pre-sales and other cross-functional teams to craft high quality proposals that align the financial needs of the organization to the giving objectives of the donors
- Build and maintain an engaged pipeline of donors
- Work on every aspect of donor closure- budgeting, MoU, collection of receivables
- Support impactful engagements including but not limited to volunteering, leadership participation, and field visits by donors
Apply if you have:
- A strong intent to work in the social sector
- 8-12 years of work experience in client-facing sales/business development/fundraising, preferably in an early-stage organization
- A graduate degree in any discipline, post-graduate will be preferred
- Are an articulate and confident speaker & is willing to travel within India
- The ability to learn fast and multitask well with a target-driven mindset
- Excellent time management skills, creative skills and attention to detail
- Excellent presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Good command over MS office suite, Sales CRM tools and design tools
